My name is Sara, I have lived in London for 9 years, during my time in London I have been working on creating and developing vegan and gluten free food catering, I started by supplying raw vegan cakes to local coffee shops ( London). I then developed my cooking skills and started supplying baked goods both sweet and savoury for coffe shops in central London this time. During these years I have collaborated with other brands such as Rubies in the Rubble for the creation of crackers made with left over juice pulp which were then sold in Selfridges as sandwiches by Rubies's pop up shop. I have also worked as an assistant vegan chef at Café Van Gogh in London, I am currently working on my blog and recipe development. I have recently moved to Belgium, where I work as au pair and chef for a belgian family, I make vegan/vegetarina healthy dishes.
