WHAT'S INCLUDED?

The chef takes care of grocery shopping, preparing the buffet, delivery and, where applicable, the collection of equipment (the following day or in the days thereafter, according to the agreed arrangements). The chef does not stay on site during the meal. The indicated price includes the ingredients, the chef's fee and the coordination provided by Oh-Chef. Depending on the region, the number of guests or specific constraints, additional fees may apply. These are always clearly communicated before confirmation.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED?

Unless explicitly stated, the prices do not include service, tableware, table decoration or any other element not included in the validated proposal. In general, anything that is not explicitly provided is not included.

ARE DRINKS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Unless otherwise stated, the prices do not include drinks. To support you, we have gathered all our food and wine pairing expertise into a dedicated Oh-Chef assistant, which will guide you simply towards the most suitable wine choices for your menu.

CUSTOMIZATION AND SPECIAL REQUESTS

Our menus serve as a starting point. They can be adapted to your wishes, dietary requirements or allergies. Certain specific requests may result in a price adjustment or require an advance payment for analysis. In all cases, the applicable amount is clearly communicated before confirmation.

PLATING AND SERVICE

This menu is designed to be served with a regular table service set.

BOOKING PROCESS

Each request is handled by the Oh-Chef butler, who supports you at every stage. After reviewing your request (date, location, budget, scope), a proposal is made based on the available chefs best suited to your project. The booking is confirmed once the proposal has been approved and the required payment has been received. All communication is managed centrally by Oh-Chef to ensure a smooth organisation in line with what has been validated.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST

To process your request, we require at a minimum the date of your event, the city where it will take place, an indication of your budget and any allergies or dietary requirements. Without this information, we cannot contact a chef or prepare a proposal.
An approximate number of guests also helps us refine the search and organisation.

PAYMENT OF THE SERVICE

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, services are always paid in advance. Until the required payment has been received, the date cannot be considered definitively reserved.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION TO PROVIDE BEFORE THE EVENT

For chef-at-home services, once the service, menu and choice of dishes have been defined, certain practical information must be communicated to us no later than seven days before the event. This includes the exact address, the time of serving, the type of hob and oven, as well as a contact number reachable on the day itself.

UNTIL WHEN CAN I ADD GUESTS?

The number of guests may be increased up to seven days before the service, subject to logistical constraints and the chef's availability.

SHOULD WE CHOOSE THE SAME DISHES FOR THE WHOLE TABLE?

Yes. It is very difficult for a chef to make different dishes per guest in a house's kitchen. That's why, to be able to offer you the best experience, the principle is to have the same dish for the entire table. Nevertheless, an alternative may be considered for an allergic person.

CANCELLATION

Chefs prepare the event in advance and that implies certain non-refundable costs. According to our cancellation policy, if you cancel the event

  • more than 14 days before the date of the event, you will be fully refunded (except booking fee and payment costs: 3,5%);
  • between 72 hours and 14 days before the date of the event, you will be reimbursed 50%;
  • no refund is possible if you cancel less than 72 hours before the date of the Event.
