The steps to organize your teambuilding or incentive

The booking

Oh-Chef offers you the best culinary activities for your teambuildings and incentives. Simply select the activity of your choice, the date and the place (in our premises in Woluwé, in your office or in a room rented for the occasion). Our teams stay of course at your disposal to advise you.

The details

Once your choices have been made, our teams will contact you to finalize the details (schedule, number of participants, allergies, possible speeches, etc.) and any options (drinks, services, additional catering, transport, etc.). We wish the success of your event and it is played out in the details!

The realization

On the day of the event, our team takes care of everything: equipment and goods, animators, logistics, setting up/dismantling the event and any coordination with your other service providers. All you have to do is enjoy the activities and your guests, in a friendly atmosphere.

The budget depends on several criteria: the selected activity, the place, the experience and the reputation of the chef and the animators, the necessary equipment, the number of participants, the duration of the activity... It is nevertheless necessary to plan a minimum budget of 60 € excl. VAT per participant and a minimum of 300 € excl. VAT of total budget, for an activity.

Where do the team buildings take place?

All over Belgium: in your offices, a partner location, or even at home. We also offer our own venue in Woluwe, equipped for groups up to 60 people.

How many people can participate?

From 6 to over 100 participants depending on the concept. We adapt to your team's size and goals.

Is this suitable for companies?

Yes, all our packages are designed for corporate events: seminars, HR activities, incentives or client-focused experiences.

What budget should I plan for a culinary team building?

Our team buildings start at €60 per person, with a minimum of €600 per event. The price generally includes food, sometimes drinks, and often replaces both the activity and the restaurant meal.
