Fraîcheur des aliments : fruits et légumes nettoyés et coupés en dernière minute ainsi que le boeuf émincé juste avant de le préparer. Timing respecté et travail efficace. Présentation de l'assiette pour le plat principal pas très raffinée. Malgré ma demande les assiettes étaient copieusement garnies, et j'aurais préféré plus de légèreté dans la présentation, et une repasse pour celui qui l'aurait désiré. Dans l'ensemble les convives étaient très satisfaits de leur repas.

Les assiettes sont revenues pratiquement vide, la hôte de maison a même mis de côté son restant de viande pour le manger après. On aurait préféré avoir une réclamation sur la qualité de la viande (qu'on aurait pu adapter à votre goût ) en notre présence, plutôt que de dire que ça s'est bien passé et commenter par la suite que la qualité de viande est un peu "médiocre". Concernant notre prestation: elle a duré plus de 6h, on a même largement contribué au service et on a fait aussi la vaisselle ce qui n est pas compris dans la prestation Oh-Chef sans compter la quantité de nourriture qu on a laissé en plus. Aussi, dans le cadre de cette prestation, il ne s'agit ni d un service traiteur, ni du "personnel" d un restaurant qui se déplace chez vous. Bien évidement, on est ouvert à toute remarque ou suggestion durant notre prestation afin de pouvoir améliorer la qualité de nos services et satisfaire nos hôtes.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment culinaire en compagnie de la chef Meemang et de son "commis" ! Elle a adapté son menu à nos exigences et c'était délicieux, nous avons réellement voyagé en Thaïlande! Nous ferons sans aucun doute encore appel à eux...

Our menus serve as a starting point. They can be adapted to your wishes, dietary requirements or allergies. Certain specific requests may result in a price adjustment or require an advance payment for analysis. In all cases, the applicable amount is clearly communicated before confirmation.
Most chef-at-home services can be carried out in a « standard » kitchen (oven, four-burner hob and refrigerator). If the menu requires specific equipment (for example a siphon), the chef will bring it or adapt the preparation accordingly. If certain basic equipment is not available on site, it is important to inform us in advance. This allows us to consider an appropriate solution, such as adapting the menu or, where applicable, renting equipment.

Each request is handled by the Oh-Chef butler, who supports you at every stage. After reviewing your request (date, location, budget, scope), a proposal is made based on the available chefs best suited to your project. The booking is confirmed once the proposal has been approved and the required payment has been received. All communication is managed centrally by Oh-Chef to ensure a smooth organisation in line with what has been validated.
To process your request, we require at a minimum the date of your event, the city where it will take place, an indication of your budget and any allergies or dietary requirements. Without this information, we cannot contact a chef or prepare a proposal.
An approximate number of guests also helps us refine the search and organisation.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, services are always paid in advance. Until the required payment has been received, the date cannot be considered definitively reserved.
For chef-at-home services, once the service, menu and choice of dishes have been defined, certain practical information must be communicated to us no later than seven days before the event. This includes the exact address, the time of serving, the type of hob and oven, as well as a contact number reachable on the day itself.

Yes. It is very difficult for a chef to make different dishes per guest in a house's kitchen. That's why, to be able to offer you the best experience, the principle is to have the same dish for the entire table. Nevertheless, an alternative may be considered for an allergic person.
