I am an Italian chef, with a great desire to share my passion for cooking and to amaze my guests.
I am a passionate cook of his work, I studied hospitality and turned eighteen I went to Belgium (Brussels) to learn another cuisine with French influence and other techniques. After seven years I went to live in Madrid with great desire to merge the cuisine I have learned in Europe with that of the rest of the world.
I love traditional cuisine with a personal touch and my philosophy is to cook food with seasonal ingredients. As a private chef I have worked with both individuals doing private dinners, as well as in art galleries doing the openings of exhibitions and private parties
I love to cook so I do it with love and passion. I only want to share my kitchen and amaze you!
