Très bonne surprise totale ! Le chef Romain est particulièrement bien équipé: camionnette frigo, vaisselle à la fois neutre et originale, ustensiles, essuie... Il est sympathique, serviable, discret, organisé, efficace. Il sélectionne des produits de qualité chez des producteurs locaux dans un large rayon géographique (Bruxelles, Hainaut) ou les transforme comme le boeuf Holstein qu'il fume lui-même. Il élabore le tout avec le savoir-faire d'un grand chef, tout en soignant la présentation. Il prépare avec passion le repas proposé. Bref, du frais, de l'excellent et de la distinction juste comme il faut. Et cerise sur le gâteau ! Il fait la vaisselle à la main. Tout est rangé, nettoyé, impeccable à son départ. Effet waouw garanti pour un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Si vous souhaitez passer un excellent moment gastronomique au calme chez vous, Oh-Chef est la solution. Yes. It is very difficult for a chef to make different dishes per guest in a house's kitchen. That's why, to be able to offer you the best experience, the principle is to have the same dish for the entire table. Nevertheless, an alternative may be considered for an allergic person.
You will be surprised what one can do with a normal kitchen. Typically, our chefs only need an oven, a stove with 4 cooking plates, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. If the chef needs a special equipment, he will bring it or prepare in advance what cannot be done in your kitchen.
